Job summary

Infiltrator Water Technologies LLC in Winchester, KY is hiring a Quality Auditor to join our ISO-certified manufacturing plant on a 24-hour rotation (2-2-3), 7pm–7am.

You will inspect, sample, and test products according to quality plans, quarantine non-conforming items, sign off pallets, and assist in trials and improvement projects while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, databases).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds and climb stairs.
• Must follow written and oral instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good attitude and willingness to learn; teamwork oriented.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of in-process and finished goods.
• Take samples as required and assist in rework of non-conforming pallets/chambers.
• Maintain clean work area and support ISO compliance.
• Record data on forms and enter into electronic files.
• Complete daily shift report.
• Quarantine and tag non-conforming product.
• Inspect and sign off finished pallets of product.
• Investigate non-conforming product issues.
• Assist production with disposition of held product.
• Collaborate with production and process engineers on trials and projects.
• Assist Quality Manager as needed.
• Support Quality Lab activities as needed.

Responsibilities

NOW HIRING a Quality Auditor to join our team! 2-2-3 schedule on a 24 hour rotation. 7pm -7am

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for performing Quality Inspections in an ISO certified manufacturing plant, on in-process and finished chambers during a 12-hour shift. Taking samples as required and assisting in the rework of rejected pallets or chambers. Supporting the Quality Department with trials, pumping railcars and other duties as assigned including maintaining a clean work area

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sample, inspect, and test products according to quality plan requirements
• Quarantine and create hold tags for any non-conforming product
• Inspect and sign off finished pallets of product
• Investigate any non-conforming product
• Assist production with disposition of product on hold
• Work with production team on product quality throughout shift
• Record data on forms and enter data into electronic files
• Complete a daily shift report
• Work with production and process engineers on product trials and projects
• Maintain a clean work area
• Assist in Quality Lab as needed
• Assist Quality Manager as needed
• Assist in maintaining ISO Compliance
• Other duties assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS (must have):

• Basic computer skills (e-mail, spreadsheets, word processing and databases)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds
• Must be able to climb stairs
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a good attitude and willingness to learn
• Strongly oriented to teamwork

QUALIFICATIONS (beneficial):

• Previous quality experience
• Some college or trade school
• Ability to Multi tasking

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• 2 years prior experience in inspection / quality control.
• Hungry for overtime
• Desire to work night shift.
