POSITION OVERVIEW:
In this night shift role, the lead supervisor has daily responsibilities including supervision of other molding shift supervisors. This includes coordinating daily activities, ensuring that the staff follow company policies, and facilitating communication between team members and upper management. In this role, the candidate’s responsibility is to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and housekeeping.
The candidate will assist the Operations Manager with the day-to-day management duties as required on night shift. This position also has campus wide supervision responsibilities on night shift.
