FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY in Jonesboro, AR is seeking a Quality Auditor for the 3rd shift (8:30 PM–6:30 AM, Monday–Thursday). You will ensure materials and products meet quality standards prior to shipment and work with plant personnel, supervisors, and management to improve processes.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year related experience, and proficiency in Excel/Access/Word/Outlook. Earn $1.00/hr shift premium with competitive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of related quality or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Examine materials and products to check for flaws and deviations from specifications.
• Approve or reject raw materials and record supplier performance.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects.
• Sample outputs and verify dimensions against specifications.
• Record and analyze results to decide certification or rejection.
• Use data to resolve production issues and suggest improvements.
• Prepare timely reports including receiving, quality, inventory, and scrap records.
• Adhere to policies to ensure quality and report non-conforming items.
• Report unusual conditions to a supervisor and maintain a clean workspace.

Opportunity available for 3rd shift Quality Auditor in our Jonesboro, AR facility. The Quality Auditor ensures materials and products meet the required quality standards prior to shipment. This position works closely with plant personnel, supervisors, and management and is involved in each step in the manufacturing, testing, and assembly process.Work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30 PM to 6:30 AM.

The Build (Responsibilities)

• Examine materials and products to check for flaws and deviations from original specifications and blueprints.
• Approve and reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for defects.
• Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods such as measuring dimensions and comparing specifications.
• Record and analyze results to decide whether to certify or reject specific products.
• Use data to solve production issues and recommend improvements to production and assembly processes.
• Complete timely and accurate reporting including receiving, quality, inventory, scrap, and other recordkeeping.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to produce quality product/service including reporting non-conforming materials and scrap.
• Report unusual conditions or questionable items to a supervisor.
• Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
• Keep work area clean and orderly; perform daily 5S assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

The Toolbox (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1-year related work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Access, Word, and Outlook.
• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to work overtime hours (more than 40 hours per week including Saturdays) as required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent movements include walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Working across temperature zones that may include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods.
