Job summary

WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Brandon, SD plant, you will be a Quality Auditor.

As our Quality Auditor-Inspector audits manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with control plans and work instructions, maintaining alignment with customer quality requirements. This role works cross-functionally with the operations team to identify and correct any nonconformities, ensuring continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

• Perform routine and random inspections on products, materials, and production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Document findings, prepare reports, and communicate results to production and management teams.
• Identify and investigate non-conformances, working with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct audits of manufacturing processes, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements.
• Work with production, engineering, and quality teams to drive process improvements and enhance product consistency.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, audit logs, and compliance records.
• Assist in training initiatives by providing feedback and recommendations to improve quality awareness among employees.
• Assist in root cause analysis and problem-solving activities related to defects, customer complaints, or process deviations.
• Ensure proper calibration and use of inspection tools and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of quality excellence.

ABOUT YOU

• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• 1 year of previous quality experience preferred
• Bilingual abilities are a plus.
• Proficiency in basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting to 50 lbs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
