Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:
  1. Perform quality control and assurance tasks, by reviewing Life and Annuity Death Claims payment and correspondence review, to ensure product compliance with regulatory and processing standards
  2. Assist in the analysis of quality data and metrics
  3. Participate in the maintenance of quality standards and documentation
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions
  5. Provide support to quality analysts and technicians
  6. Participate in the investigation of non-conformities
  7. Maintain and update quality records and reports
  8. Adhere to established quality assurance procedures and policies
Mandatory Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  2. Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience in Life and Annuity
  3. Proven experience in Life/Annuity Death Claims processing and Quality review
  4. Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management
  5. Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
  2. Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM) a plus
Work Environment:

This position is fully remote within the United States only. Home base, remote – Laptop, Docking Station, Monitors, Headset will be provided. Schedule: Monday – Friday, core business hours are 8:30 am to 6:00 pm EST. All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $43,800 - $81,300.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
