Guidehouse is seeking a Quality Assurance and Test Automation Lead to support a large-scale GrantSolutions modernization effort. You will lead QA strategy, stand up an automated testing framework, and coordinate with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, developers, data teams, and security groups to improve release confidence and reduce production risk.

The role requires hands-on testing across applications, APIs, data integrations, and legacy environments, with a focus on building scalable automation

Qualificações

• Must obtain Federal or DoD Public Trust before onboarding.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6–8 years in QA, testing, automation, or related roles with leadership experience.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing manual test cases.
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
• Experience leading QA activities across complex programs.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, DevSecOps, and release management.
• Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and observability tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead QA activities for large-scale platform modernization and release readiness.
• Stand up and mature the automated test framework with reusable libraries and data strategies.
• Mentor QA resources and coordinate with product, dev, data, and security teams.
• Define testing approaches, track artifacts, and ensure repeatable regression testing in CI/CD.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and drive framework improvements.
• Document defects clearly with steps, evidence, and environment details.
