Hager Companies on the factory floor maintains the Quality Management System and ensures all documentation stays current. The role supports incoming materials inspection, in-process checks, and adherence to engineering standards during production.

The position involves reading drawings, using precision measurement tools, and contributing to root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Requires physical ability to handle lifting and standing during shifts.

Formación

• Education/experience: High school diploma or GED; quality cert/training preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years in quality-related roles in manufacturing.
• Reading drawings and using precision measuring equipment required.

Responsabilidades

• Support all aspects of the QMS program.
• Maintain QMS documentation on the floor and remove old revisions.
• Inspect or test incoming materials to specifications.
• Work with SQE on SCAR program and closures.
• Inspect in-process work and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Reject nonconforming products and notify management.
• Read and interpret drawings and assist with updates.
