Job summary

Intigral-Inc in Ohio is seeking a Quality Inspector to verify products and processes on the production floor, develop Standard Work, Working Instructions and lead Train the Trainer initiatives.

You will perform line checks, record data accurately, and collaborate with Area Managers to resolve discrepancies while maintaining equipment and housekeeping in the inspection area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing setting with a focus on quality.
• Able to use gauges, calipers and micrometers for measuring standards.
• Basic match including using units of measure such as fractions and decimals.
• Able to respond quickly and pay close attention to details.
• Must hear and communicate verbally; able to lift up to 35 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally; stand, sit, bend and perform repetitive tasks.

Major Job Responsibilities:

Use quality tools to verify products, processes and improve problem solving and implementation of improvements. Must be able to develop Standard Work, Working Instructions and lead Train the Trainer. Help drive improvements and increase our overall Quality position with our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Included, but not limited to):
