Wilsonart is seeking a test technician to perform sampling tests in the Materials Testing Lab. The role involves calibrating instruments, documenting results, and supporting development tests.

You will coordinate with R&D and Quality teams and handle customer-claims testing using established forms. The position is grade 4 with daytime hours, and requires careful data handling and adherence to quality standards.

Competenze

• Experience in materials testing lab operations.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Ability to calibrate and maintain test instruments.

Mansioni

• Test calendar sheets of production from Temple, Fletcher and other Wilsonart facilities in North America.
• Document test results in the LTS database.
• Create and maintain entries in the LTS database.
• Perform product development tests and communicate to PPI and R&D teams.
• Communicate test results to R&D, Quality and Manufacturing teams.
• Provide testing on customer claims that are processed using Part A forms.
• Calibrate test instruments in the Materials Testing Labs.
• Perform nonstandard tests for specialized products manufactured by Wilsonart.
• Provide feedback on trends observed in calendar test data to the PPI, Quality and Manufacturing teams to investigate.
