Job summary

HorseShoe Beverage Company seeks an experienced Quality Assurance professional to lead QA inspections and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires BATFE clearance readiness, ISO/GD&T knowledge, and ERP system involvement.

Strong Excel skills and MS Office proficiency are essential as is the ability to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality. This on-site position at our Duanesburg facility offers growth in quality processes and close collaboration with production and logistics

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading, speaking, and understanding English.
• Minimum of three years of QA experience.
• Must obtain BATFE clearance.
• Knowledge of ISO and GD&T.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP-style workflows.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Able to work under deadlines and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA incoming inspections per QA requirements.
• Coordinate with I/C and QA Supervisor to plan and control multiple processes.
• Inspect Essential Materials upon receipt.
• Ensure QA paperwork is entered into inventory system daily.
• Communicate with QA Manager for training and issue resolution.
• Follow BATF and DoD regulations related to QA.
