Qualifications

• Food experience preferred.
• Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections including pre-operational and food safety documentation.
• Ensure GMP and USDA compliance through daily operating inspections.
• Calibrate lab equipment such as scales and pH meters.
• Review HACCP records and report findings to supervisor.
• Conduct routine line checks and code date sheets as needed.
