Responsibilities

• Monitors compliance to specifications, reporting to area supervisors when adjustments are necessary.
• Verifies sanitation and GMP compliance, reporting problems to the Production Manager and Quality Assurance Manager.
• Monitors food safety and product quality continuously throughout the operation by ensuring that all product and processes are in control.
• Communicate with department supervisors to ensure product is performing satisfactorily and to facilitate an orderly shift transfer.
• Other duties not specifically listed may be assigned as well.
• Maintains high level of activity on the product specification measures.
