Pacific Coast Fresh Company is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support food safety and quality across our production and packaging operations in the Pacific Northwest. You will help monitor processes, verify ingredients, and ensure GMP adherence in a fast-paced refrigerated environment.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of GMPs, Food Safety, and Safety requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working in a refrigerated production setting.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational inspections of plant and equipment and document findings.
• Monitor processes to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Ensure adherence to GMPs, PPE, hygiene, and safety guidelines by production staff.
• Conduct inbound ingredient inspections and reject non-compliant items.
• Perform in-process quality tests and address issues promptly.
• Verify measurements and packaging for accuracy and labeling.
• Maintain records and documentation using electronic systems.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and production teams as needed.
