Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a quality role with a high school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in a quality role with an Associates degree.
• 6 months' experience in a quality role with a Bachelor or higher degree.
• Able to follow oral and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Gather product samples for qualitative and quantitative analyses.
• Input data into SAP, Excel and Access.
• Trend data and coach operators to operate within control limits.
• Calibrate equipment and maintain lab equipment.
• Lead plant inspections and prepare reports for management and customers.
• Perform root cause analysis on SOC deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP and OSHA requirements.
