Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Good working knowledge of electronic assembly.
• Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
• Able to interpret blueprints, sketches, and/or verbal instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
• Ability to work as a team or independently.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots errors in cable builds.
• Tests functional performance of assemblies and parts.
• Verifies assemblies are built to specifications and that instructions are followed.
• Verifies parts against BOM and documentation.
• Creates NCRs per procedures and reports.
• Performs First Article Inspection (FAI) and related reporting.
• Maintains a clean and safe working environment and adheres to policies.
