Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Quality Tester to conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished beverages.

The role includes testing syrups and beverages, assessing syrup and water attributes, auditing equipment, performing product quality inspections, and receiving CO2 and materials before production.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of general work experience required.
• Prior food production operation experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand MSDS; operate manufacturing equipment; industrial technology knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process.
• Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards.
• Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production process.
• Maintain highest housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.

Job Location: San Antonio,TX
Work days/Shift Hours – Monday-Friday 5 AM-Complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $23.14 to $28.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
