Job summary

Lokar, Inc. is seeking a skilled individual to perform production tasks in a clean, climate controlled facility. You will inspect and repair components, sub-assemblies, finished products, and packaging to ensure quality.

This hands-on role is essential to Lokar's success and requires careful attention to directions and specifications. Daily tasks include inspecting products, completing work tasks, reporting quality or process issues to the Quality Manager, and documenting quality activities.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary.
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently.
• Hand strength for hand cutting tools and fastening tools.
• Ability to prioritize, plan and execute.
• Quality Assurance and Manufacturing experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products according to directions and specifications.
• Complete work tasks as indicated.
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Quality Manager.
• Completion of quality documentation.
• Work in a safe and clean manner by complying with procedures, rules, and company policies.
• Cross training (Participate in both learning and teaching already known tasks/positions).
• Complete repairs as necessary.
• Other duties and/or tasks may be assigned on an as needed basis.
