Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree with QA or technical work in manufacturing preferred.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills required.
• Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint; SAP experience desired.
• Experience with lab instrumentation and measuring tools.
• Excellent color perception and color judgment required.
• Learn specifications and production methods for extrusion, laminating, painting, coating and finishing.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks across products.
• May require travel.
• PPE usage and safety compliance are required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance to safety policies and procedures.
• Monitor product quality by collecting in-process samples and performing inspections to ensure specifications are met.
• Test raw materials and review COAs for adherence to material specs.
• Record and analyze data from inspections and testing; maintain records.
• Audit finished goods to assure quality of outgoing product.
• Support calibration of test equipment and writing/reviewing test procedures.
• Obtain color samples for customers and other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.
