Job summary

Coca-Cola UNITED is seeking a Technician - Quality Assurance to test finished product and packaging attributes to ensure compliance with specifications. You will perform beverage attribute tests (Brix, pH, CO2) and package checks (torques, visuals), and verify production data in LDMS.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow SOPs, and willingness to work a schedule including weekends. Training and growth opportunities are available in a fast-paced beverage QC lab.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, or flexible schedule as required.

Responsibilities

• Test beverage attributes: Brix, Assay, CO2, Net Contents, pH, Taste & Odor.
• Test package attributes: Closure torque, lid application, visual appearance.
• Verify finished product: bottle/can, label, production date code, packaging.
• Collect Micro samples and support SOPs as needed.
• Perform Syrup testing using UPLC/HPLC and assist blending technicians.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment; perform water treatment duties as needed.
• Support internal QC programs and maintain GMP practices.
