Principal Accountabilities

• Aid in the development of continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain ISO compliance for certification as well as interpreting standards and apply them to the quality system.
• Assist in the development and execution of continuous improvement projects.
• Perform statistical and mathematical data collection related to continuous improvement projects.
• Support ERP maintenance.
• Assist in the investigation of out-of-specification batches.
• Write Quality Documents and support testing related to customer feedback.
• Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge / Skills / Experiences

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering discipline preferred.
• Training in Quality Management, Production processes, data collection and/or equivalent experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with personnel at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, organize, and implement work activities.
• Ability to write reports, conduct audits and author material safety data sheets.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to adapt to change.

• This is a hybrid position. Successful candidates should expect to be onsite 3 days per week, or more as necessary to support the needs of the business.

Additional Company Information

• The salary range for this position is $24-$34 per hour. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job‑related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
