Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role supports ISO 9001 compliant aspects of the BMS under the QA Manager, managing calibrated tooling, monitoring, measurement, and analysis to drive improvements across operations.

The position requires 4 years in similar roles, a possible associate degree, and ASQ certification is desirable. You will collaborate with internal teams, customers, and suppliers to uphold quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four years minimum cumul. experience in similar/manufacturing roles.
• Two year associate degree desirable but not required.
• Leadership of small teams desirable but not required.
• ASQ certifications highly desirable; company supports certification fees.

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and complete processes, procedures, and forms for verification and inspection processes.
• Maintain and develop calibrated tooling program and documentation.
• Support verification of products and processes.
• Assist in supplier development through product analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist root cause analysis for nonconformances.
• Support warranty evaluation and nonconforming material handling.
• Follow and improve ISO 9001 aspects of the BMS under QA Manager guidance.
• Support internal QMS audit program as part of the Quality team.
• Contribute to Quality metrics and improvement initiatives.
• Assist in development and training of Quality methodologies.
• Occasional support for Quality Engineer duties.
