Quality Assurance Technician - 2nd Shift - Muldrow, OK (30600183)

Quality Assurance Technician

Location: Muldrow

Shift: 2nd Shift 2:30p - 11:30p

Position Summary: This position verifies that all product and regulatory documentation is accurate, correct, and complete prior to all product(s) shipping from the facility.

  • Records all applicable information as directed.
  • Responsible for identifying and isolating questionable product.
  • Responsible for assuring daily quality activities and required tasks are performed in their area.
  • Responsible for monitoring and documenting HACCP, GMP, and SSOP regulations in their area.
  • Responsible for verifying all documentation in each area is according to regulations and is complete prior to pre-shipment verifications.
  • Responsible for assuring each pallet of product processed is pre-shipment verified prior to leaving the floor.
  • Responsible for obtaining finished product samples for the laboratory.
  • Responsible for assuring products processed meet all in-plant food safety requirements.
