Job summary

HTSS, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Technician for a temporary assignment in Bethlehem, PA. You will inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role pays $29/hour with training on 1st shift; must be able to work 2nd or 3rd shift. Through end of 2026, this position requires QA experience in food or pharma manufacturing, GMP/HACCP knowledge, and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP and quality standards.
• Ability to read quality procedures and production records.
• Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
• Flexible to train on 1st shift and work 2nd/3rd shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections and testing of raw materials, packaging, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Verify equipment performance, including metal detectors and check weighers.
• Document testing results, quality concerns, and corrective actions.
• Identify and communicate quality issues to production teams.
• Support continuous improvement and food safety initiatives.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to maintain product quality.
