A leading manufacturing firm in Omaha is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to conduct inspections of production parts and finished goods. This role involves developing quality procedures and achieving continuous improvement. Requirements include a high school diploma and ideally 1 year of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably with injection molding. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, offering a comprehensive benefits package.

The Quality Assurance Technician reports directly to the Quality Supervisor and is responsible for conducting quality inspections of in-process production parts and finished goods. This role supports production in developing and implementing quality procedures in support of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). The position is accountable for achieving continuous quality improvement and for meeting or exceeding the expectations of the Leadership Team. This position is Monday through Friday, full time, 7:00AM to 3:15PM.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
This job operates in a production/manufacturing/warehouse environment. You may be required to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in designated work areas.

The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands and arms to push, pull, and occasionally lift overhead, in addition to dexterity in performing measurements, validating surface textures, visual inspections, counting, and packaging of finished goods.
