Job summary

Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician (1st Shift) in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on qualitative and quantitative testing of raw materials and finished beverages, ensuring compliance and quality across the production line.

You will inspect packaging lines, test CO2 and materials, and uphold strict housekeeping to prevent contamination. A HS diploma is required; a physical science degree is preferred, with 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in physical science and/or food industry experience preferred.
• 1-3 year of general work experience required.
• Prior food production operation experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to read and understand MSDS, operate manufacturing equipment, and knowledge of industrial technology a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative testing of beverages, syrups, and raw materials throughout the entire production process.
• Analyze syrup beverage and/or water attributes.
• Audit container rinsers, air blowers, filters, and coders to ensure proper operations.
• Conduct package quality inspection and quality audits and isolate product that does not meet standards.
• Receive and test CO2 and all raw materials prior to production process.
• Maintain highest possible housekeeping standards to prevent microbial contamination.

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $23.14 to $28.98 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
