Quality Assurance Technician - 1st Shift

We are seeking an outstanding individual to join our team in Devault, PA, as a Quality Assurance Technician.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily quality checks and document findings on production lines and processes.
• Collect and record microbiological and retention samples of products.
• Collaborate with leadership during production and shutdown periods.
• Verify cleaning and sanitation effectiveness through organoleptic inspection and ATP swabbing.
• Promote GMP compliance and train team members accordingly.
• Perform internal audits for GMPs and other food safety prerequisites.
• Prepare paperwork and labels for production needs.
• Collect environmental and equipment swab samples.
• Adhere to safety policies and contribute to quality assurance improvements.
• Follow all facility policies related to safety, security, and GMPs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned promptly.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.
• Strong quality assurance background required.

Work Environment:

• Flexibility for shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Compensation: Starting at USD $21.50/hour, dependent on experience, with potential bonuses and benefits.
