We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to assist in maintaining and enhancing our ISO Quality Management System.

Some Core Responsibilities Of This Role Include:

• Ensure effective maintenance of the established Webco Manufacturing ISO certified Quality Management System including modifications and communication of changes to the organization.
• Maintain and monitor internal performance metrics related to product quality.
• Maintain and monitor corrective action and preventative action processes including those incurred from audit findings, product non-conformances and supplier non-conformances.

Requirements:

• Be a Certified Quality Engineer or be willing to obtain the certification.
• Understanding of the ISO Quality Management System.
• Experience in a fabrication, welding and machining environment is preferred.
• Automotive industry or major OEM work experience is a plus.
• Practical understanding of PPAP, RMA, RTP, PFMEA and PPM.
• Understanding of APQP process.
• Must be able to interpret GDT.
• Strong data analysis and statistical abilities are required.
