This onsite role features a 2:00 PM–10:30 PM schedule and a competitive hourly pay range of $21.00–$24.50, with strong benefits and a focus on teamwork and efficiency.

You will operate equipment, monitor processes, and collaborate with a hands-on team to deliver high-quality pet food products while maintaining strict safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor meat room equipment and processes.
• Train staff on meat room workflow and sanitation procedures.
• Enter batch data into Plex Software and manage daily inventory.
• Prep and process ingredients, including grinding and oil addition as required.
• Unload and organize meat pallets and manage freezer storage with forklift.
• Clean equipment and maintain sanitary work areas throughout shifts.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safe, timely production of products.
