Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Quality Tech II to join our team in Indiana. The role focuses on accurate checking, inspection and counting of products for inbound and outbound operations, ensuring quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in QA, auditing or product inspection, with experience in WMS systems and MS Excel. Forklift certification is required within 30 days of employment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; forklift cert within first 30 days.
• 1 year of experience in QA, auditing or product inspection.
• Experience with WMS systems and MS Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality audits, inspections and documentation.
• Execute daily QA activities as directed by management.
• Monitor and report QA system implementation and effectiveness.
• Support QA training for new and existing staff.
• Coordinate QA licenses, permits and registrations.
• Collaborate with QA, Ops and Process Improvement teams.
