Job summary

Avmax Group in Great Falls, Montana is seeking a Quality Assurance Auditor to verify paperwork, review work cards, and conduct audits to ensure FAA compliance. You will collaborate with front-line staff and support the Quality Assurance Manager in maintaining accurate records and vendor files.

  • Update and maintain an approved vendors list and vendor files.
  • Maintain internal records for aircraft under Avmax control.

Your regular schedule will be 7:30-4:00, with the possibility of required overtime to ensure, we as a team, aide in meeting the required aircraft delivery dates.

The Quality Assurance Auditor is responsible to the Quality Assurance Manager.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review work cards to ensure each project reflects accurate and complete information.
  • Complete internal and external audits as required to maintain the Avmax Quality Assurance program.

  • Maintain internal records for aircraft under Avmax control.
