Job summary

Uline, based in Wisconsin, seeks a Quality Assurance Team Lead to manage a high-performing QA analysts and automation engineers, shaping testing strategies and driving AI-assisted testing. You will partner with business and technology teams to support successful application delivery and continuous improvement across our North American operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of Quality Assurance and automated testing experience, with 3+ years in leadership or mentoring.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into risk-based testing strategies.
• Working knowledge of RESTful architecture and hands-on API testing experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Uline does not participate in the H-1B lottery.
