They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead their commitment to quality, operational efficiency, and excellence at their Windsor, NJ facility.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the site Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.
• Lead quality and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
• Ensure products meet or exceed quality standards and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements and process optimizations.
• Manage Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) plans, ensuring timely resolution.
• Conduct audits and assessments to evaluate QMS effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for quality processes and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards for pharmaceutical packaging.
• Oversee safety reporting, housekeeping, and safety training programs.
• Manage supplier quality evaluations and audits.
• Lead and mentor the quality team, including direct reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years of quality management experience in printing, packaging, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 15378, cGMP, FDA, and international quality standards.
• Experience managing teams and leading quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management systems and data analysis tools.
• Certifications such as CQM, CQA, or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Additional Notes

Hands-on experience with QA technicians and a team of 4 direct reports. The role involves regular presence on the floor and occasional review of products at a nearby facility.
