Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor in Southeast Georgia to lead QA/food safety activities in a poultry facility. You will ensure compliance with USDA-FSIS, HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs while directing QA Technicians and inspectors to maintain product safety and quality.

Responsibilities include audits, data review for trends, root cause analyses, and coordinating with Production and Regulatory teams to drive continuous improvement and readiness for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of QA/food safety experience in food manufacturing.
• 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily quality assurance and food safety activities in a poultry facility.
• Ensure compliance with USDA-FSIS regulations, HACCP, SSOPs, and GMPs.
• Supervise QA Technicians and Inspectors; review data for trends.
• Lead corrective actions, audits, and regulatory readiness.
• Support customer and third‑party audits and inspections.
