Job summary

Reading Truck is seeking a Quality Supervisor to oversee daily quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to data-driven policies and procedures. The role emphasizes testing, repairs, and overhaul quality, plus maintaining cleanliness and functionality of work areas and inspected parts.

You will lead QA teams, perform internal audits, develop surveillance plans, and collaborate with engineering and operations to drive improvements using DOE, PFMEA, and SPC tools.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of quality systems and auditing.
• Three (3) years’ experience as a Quality Supervisor or related role.
• ISO 9001:2015 and QMS experience preferred.
• ASQ or other quality certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the corrective/preventive action program and track status of actions.
• Monitor and assign corrective actions to department heads; verify solutions via audits.
• Assist and develop, monitor, and evaluate quality PDCA cycles.
• Report ongoing activities and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Collect and analyze critical quality data and KPIs; provide monthly reports.
