Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company in El Paso, TX is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead technical staff and ensure product safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. This role partners with the Quality Manager to monitor issues and implement effective resolutions.

The successful candidate will oversee supplier quality, quality operations, and project quality, support audits (FDA, ISO), and drive continuous improvement projects while aligning with budget and organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in a pharma or medical device manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing Supplier Audit programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related discipline; master's preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise quality activities and compliance programs within specific focused areas (Supplier Quality, Quality Operations and Project Quality).
• Support external/internal audits (FDA, ISO, Segment Audits, Customer Audits, etc.).
• Mentor Quality personnel at the Engineering Level.
• Assist Quality Manager to support audits and initiatives.
• Implement best quality practices.
• Contribute to budget goals by managing department spends.
