The role emphasizes adherence to cGMP and GDP, training of QA staff, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years of Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and quality documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections, audits, sampling, and testing per procedures and specs.
• Supervise QA Technicians and provide training on quality requirements and GMP/GDP practices.
• Identify, document, and escalate nonconformances and deviations through QMS.
