Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Dairy Science, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of high-level plant-based laboratory experience
• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, sanitation programs, and food safety systems
• Experience leading, coaching, or mentoring employees in a manufacturing setting
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related computer systems

Responsibilities

Base Salary Range: $73,000 - $85,000

Shift: Night (Thursday-Saturday)

Time: 6:00pm-6:30am ET

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop laboratory and quality team members across assigned shifts
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, sanitation, and regulatory requirements
