What is this role?

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor for Cirkul, you will oversee quality inspections, conduct audits, and collaborate with the production team to address any quality-related issues. You will conduct meetings with cross-functional teams to discuss quality initiatives to ensure all team members are aligned with best practices.

What does an average day look like?

Driving Results: Set measurable quality goals and monitor performance metrics, ensuring the production process meets or exceeds quality standards.

Taking Ownership: Take the lead on quality assurance initiatives, from developing training programs for staff to spearheading quality improvement projects.

Making Decisions: You’ll make informed decisions regarding product quality, process improvements and corrective actions.

Cultivating Relationships: You will work closely with production, supply chain, and management teams to foster a collaborative environment.

Instilling Trust: Maintain a high level of integrity in all quality assurance practices. Transparency in communication and reporting will be key to building trust within the organization.

Customer Focus: Foster an environment of open communication ensuring the highest quality standards are met to deliver a top-notch product every time.

What background should you have?

• 1-3 years of supervision experience in a quality role - preferably in a CPG or food environment.
• Experience managing safety and HR systems.
• Experience managing Production and Quality systems.
• Knowledge of GMP,SQF and HACCP policies.
• Willing to work hard, stay until the job is complete, and demonstrate resilience.
• Have a positive attitude, willing to work multiple levels of employees, and thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Be self-motivated, dedicated, and provide feedback on people, systems, and processes as necessary.
