Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor II in Niles, IL to lead quality operations on multiple shifts. This hands-on leadership role combines desk work with floor activities to ensure ISO 9001 compliant processes.

You will manage CAPAs, document control, internal audits, and inspections while guiding about 12 QA inspectors. The position offers stability, full benefits, 401(k), and clear path to Quality Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quality experience preferred.
• Strong ISO 9001 / QMS experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team‑lead experience required; 3+ years preferred.
• Experience with CAPA/corrective actions, document control and internal audits.
• Manufacturing inspection experience.
• Comfortable working both at a desk and on the manufacturing floor.
• Strong communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Printing or packaging experience is a plus, but not required.

A growing manufacturing company in the Chicago area is looking for a Quality Assurance Supervisor II to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a hands‑on leadership role with approximately 60% quality systems/desk work and 40% manufacturing floor involvement, overseeing quality operations across multiple shifts.

What you’ll do:

• Manage and maintain ISO 9001 / QMS processes
• Lead CAPAs, SCAPAs and corrective actions
• Manage document control and quality documentation
