Job summary

Temposonics, LLC in North Carolina is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead a manufacturing QA team, ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements, and drive calibration and continuous improvement efforts.

You will collaborate with production, engineering, and calibration teams to deliver safe, reliable products, manage corrective actions, and maintain ISO-aligned systems, with travel 10–20% and US work authorization required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with equipment calibration and quality process management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage corrective action processes effectively.
  • Ability to travel 10%-20%.
  • Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States at the time of hire and for the duration of employment. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

About The Role

As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing corrective actions to address any deviations. The supervisor leads a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance. They collaborate closely with production, engineering, and calibration teams to ensure equipment and processes are properly calibrated and validated. Ultimately, the role ensures that the final products delivered to customers are safe, reliable, and meet both internal and external quality expectations.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality systems, including ISO standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience with equipment calibration and quality process management.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage corrective action processes effectively.
  • Ability to travel 10%-20%

Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) certification.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and advanced quality tools.
  • Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards relevant to manufacturing.
