About the Role
As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing corrective actions to address any deviations. The supervisor leads a team of quality assurance professionals, providing guidance and support to maintain high levels of accuracy and compliance. They collaborate closely with production, engineering, and calibration teams to ensure equipment and processes are properly calibrated and validated. Ultimately, the role ensures that the final products delivered to customers are safe, reliable, and meet both internal and external quality expectations.

The Quality Assurance Supervisor utilizes their expertise in quality systems daily to ensure all processes comply with regulatory and company standards, fostering a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing floor. Their skills in equipment calibration are essential for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of production tools, which directly impacts product quality. Proficiency in corrective action management allows them to quickly identify root causes of quality issues and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence. Leadership and communication skills are critical as they guide and motivate their team, coordinate with other departments, and report findings to senior management. Additionally, their knowledge of quality processes supports continuous improvement efforts, driving efficiency and reducing defects in the manufacturing cycle.
