Job summary

The Judge Group, INC. is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor on the 2nd shift in Colorado to lead QA technicians on the production floor, ensuring quality checks, documentation, and compliance with SQF, HACCP, GMP, and related standards.

The role partners with operations to support productivity, train and develop staff, and resolve issues quickly, with a focus on food safety and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience in food manufacturing QA).
• Solid background in Quality Assurance within a food production environment.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and varying shifts as business needs require.

• Serve as a trusted resource for quality and food safety guidance to production teams, helping resolve issues quickly and effectively.
