About the role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at WAYF. As a crucial member of our development process, you'll ensure the highest standards of quality across our digital products and services, working closely with our development and design teams.

What You'll Do:

1. Design and execute comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications
2. Perform manual tests of our key stakeholders’ web and mobile applications
3. Create and maintain automated test suites using modern testing frameworks
4. Collaborate directly with developers and designers to implement quality processes
5. Participate in agile ceremonies and provide valuable QA perspective in product discussions
6. Document and track bugs effectively using our project management tools
7. Help establish and improve QA processes and best practices

Technical Requirements:

1. Strong experience with manual testing methodologies and best practices
2. Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Insomnia, or similar)
3. Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
4. Experience with version control systems (Git)
5. Knowledge of agile methodologies and SDLC
6. Experience with test management and bug tracking tools

Nice-to-have:

1. Proficiency in writing and maintaining automated tests

Soft Requirements:

1. English B2+
2. Experience with working remotely
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
4. Exceptional attention to detail
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to provide constructive feedback
7. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Salary Range:

10 000PLN - 16 000PLN net (B2B) per month or 2350EUR - 3800EUR net (B2B) per month
