What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure professionalism and timeliness in responses to clients and customers, enhancing compliance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and audit assigned calls to ensure adherence to compliance and quality assurance standards
- Evaluate the performance of operational staff interacting with consumers
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on call monitoring and audits
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent GED required
- Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in compliance or quality assurance, call-center monitoring/auditing, or customer service
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Federal 5C)
- Must reside within a 75-mile radius of Lowell, AR, or Hendersonville, TN
- Must pass an online customer service assessment test

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 12 months of experience as a Contact Center Quality Assurance/Compliance Representative/Auditor
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards
- Familiarity with TCPA, SCRA, FCRA, and regulations from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
- Bilingual (Spanish)
