The RN will ensure OASIS assessments are accurate, complete, and compliant with CMS regulations and state standards while collaborating with care teams to improve documentation and patient outcomes.

• Registered Nurse with an active California license.

Responsibilities

• Review OASIS assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal/state regulations and agency standards.
• Analyze OASIS variation and alert reports to identify documentation gaps and trends.
• Ensure correct ICD-10 coding and sequencing.
• Collaborate with clinicians to clarify documentation and support corrections.
• Review visit utilization to align with patient condition and reimbursement requirements.
• Identify underutilization or overutilization and report findings to leadership.
