Job summary

Fisher Investments seeks a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the marketing technology stack within the Private Client Group. You will oversee quality, develop standards, run tests, and identify issues across the stack and related integrations.

You will use automation and analytics tools to test performance, UX/UI, and data quality, reporting to the Marketing Technology Team Leader and collaborating with the Marketing Department.

Qualifications

• Experience developing quality standards and test plans for marketing technology stacks.
• Ability to plan and execute QA testing across web and analytics tooling.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks and performance testing practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement QA policies and procedures.
• Identify potential process improvements and help develop tools to improve department efficiency.

Job description

The Opportunity:

You will support the quality management function of the marketing technology stack and related system integrations to enhance lead generation activities for the Private Client Group (PCG). It involves overseeing the quality of the technology/services that we produce, including developing quality standards, conducting tests and identifying issues.

The Quality Assurance Specialist will report directly to the Marketing Technology Team Leader and will support website testing efforts spanning performance, UX/UI automation, and data analysis. You will use a variety of tools, including Ghost Inspector, Puppeteer, TestComplete, or Selenium for automation and testing QA; PageSpeed Insights, Pingdom, mPulse, and Lighthouse for performance analysis QC; and Tealium and Google Analytics for analytics and tag management QA/QC.

The Day-to-Day:

• Oversee assigned complex tasks to completion
• Prepare and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
• Identifying potential process improvements, recommending solutions, helps develop and implement proposed solutions/tools to improve the efficiency of the department
• Coordinate and manage processes for routine inspection and quality tests within the QA program
• Identify and resolve workflow and production issues
• Support MarTech leadership in regular updates, reports on the QA program performance and tech stack for the broader Marketing Dept.
• Additional responsibilities may include:
  • Capture and document QA requirements for system enhancements or new technologies
  • Investigate issues related to existing systems and technologies
