Job summary

Rothe ARES Joint Venture, LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II to support the Asset Management Tracking Team for the NASA eMITS contract. The role involves IT purchasing compliance, renewals tracking, and managing procurement documents and contracts in line with contract requirements.

The successful candidate will submit CITRs, create purchase requests, maintain renewal data in ServiceNow, and develop monthly renewal metrics while staying current on Government IT compliance

Qualifications

• Experience in IT purchasing compliance and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with renewal tracking and contract administration.
• Ability to prepare monthly renewal metrics and IT compliance deliverables.
• Strong communication with NASA centers, customers, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Submit CITRs (Commercial IT Requests) and manage purchase requests.
• Create and maintain contracts and service agreements in compliance with requirements.
• Track, monitor, and report renewals and IT compliance metrics.
• Coordinate with technical staff and cross-train as backup when needed.
