The successful candidate will submit CITRs, create purchase requests, maintain renewal data in ServiceNow, and develop monthly renewal metrics while staying current on Government IT compliance

Job description

ARES is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist II to provide support in the Asset Management Tracking Team for the Business Office in support of the NASA Enterprise Multimedia and Integrated Technical Services (eMITS) contract.

The selected candidate will support Information Technology Purchasing Compliance, renewals tracking, procurement, and metrics development. Working closely with technical personnel, this individual will submit CITRs (Commercial IT Requests), create and manage purchase requests and contracts (service agreements) in compliance with company and contract requirements, and track, monitor, and report those items in various tools. Additional duties include assisting Procurement with purchase order documentation, maintaining asset renewals data in ServiceNow and notifying technical personnel of upcoming renewals, preparing monthly renewal metrics and IT compliance deliverables, and staying current on Government IT Compliance procurement regulations. The role requires effective communication within the Business Office, with technical personnel at NASA centers, and with customers and vendors, as well as cross-training to serve as backup to others when assigned.
