Job summary

ADM is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality systems on the production floor. Under the Director of Quality Assurance, you will help calibrate and maintain equipment, perform validations, and review batch paperwork for right‑first‑time release.

You will collaborate with Document Control, Quality Control, and Production to ensure cGMP compliance and efficient investigations of deviations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a science field with 1 year related experience, or an Associate's degree with 5 years related experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Strong attention to detail and familiarity with cGMPs and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform/oversee document control activities including certificates of analysis and batch folders.
• Review and release records and ensure timely completion per schedules.
• Coordinate calibration and maintenance of equipment and related documentation.
• Support investigations and non-conformances with data collection and trending.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality Control, and Engineering to improve processes.
• Assist in SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
