Job summary

ADM Forsyth, MO is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support Quality Systems on the manufacturing floor. You will perform batch record reviews, certificate of analysis approvals, and deviations investigations, ensuring compliance with cGMP and timely documentation.

You will collaborate with Production, Maintenance and Engineering to maintain calibration programs, validations, and quality investigations, while helping implement continuous improvement initiatives on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university with 1-year related industry experience and/or training, or an Associate’s degree with 5 years of related industry experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Perform document control activities including reviewing and approving certificates of analysis and batch folders.
• Alert the Quality department of deviations from specifications and assist with investigations by collecting data or samples.
• Collaborates with Planning, Operations and Technology to ensure batches and raw materials are ready for release by due dates.
• Carry out validation or verification procedures to ensure system compliance.
• Collect samples for investigations, validations, or trending and provide laboratory analysis as needed.
• Review and compile data for validation, verification, and investigation activities.
• Prioritize document review to align with product release due dates.
• Coach manufacturing supervisors and operators on documentation practices.
• Coordinate with Production to resolve documentation observations and maintain calibration programs.

Education

Bachelor's degree (B.A. or equivalent) with 1 year related industry experience

Associate’s degree with 5 years related industry experience
